1. The bit that matters: satire

SaaSarazzi mixes satire with real reporting, and we label which is which.

• Anything tagged CAUGHT (and anything otherwise marked as satire) is a work of fiction created for entertainment and commentary. Names, quotes, figures, and events in satirical pieces are invented or used fictitiously and should not be taken as statements of fact about any real person or company.
• Anything tagged THE BOOKS, LEAKED, INTERVIEW, or THE FLASH is intended as factual reporting or commentary. Where we report figures, they may be estimates or self-reported, and we mark them as such.

No content here is professional, financial, legal, or investment advice.

2. Accuracy & corrections

We aim to be accurate in our reporting and to correct genuine errors promptly. See our Corrections policy. Satirical content is exempt — it’s not meant to be accurate.

3. Editorial independence

Our editorial decisions are our own. Sponsorships and advertising never buy favourable coverage or influence our reporting or rankings.

4. Advertising & sponsored content

Some content is paid for. We clearly label sponsored posts, partnerships, and affiliate links. We may earn a commission when you click certain links. Paid placement does not constitute an endorsement and is kept separate from editorial.

5. Your submissions (tips, comments, reactions)

If you send us a tip, comment, or other material, you confirm you’re entitled to share it, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it in connection with the publication. Submissions are not confidential unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. Don’t submit anything unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or that isn’t yours to send.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the site: no scraping at scale, no attempts to break security, no impersonation, no unlawful or abusive activity.

7. Intellectual property

The site’s content, design, and brand are owned by us or our licensors. You may share links and short quotes with attribution; you may not republish substantial portions without permission.

We link to external sites we don’t control and aren’t responsible for their content or practices.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Polish courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
