SaaS SEO agency rebrands to ABCDEO after realizing SEO, AEO, GEO, AIO and LLMO were already taken

A B2B marketing agency has announced a bold new positioning after discovering every acronym with commercial intent had already been claimed by someone with a newsletter.
Bollocks & Partners, a SaaS SEO agency founded by John Bollocks, will now describe itself as an ABCDEO agency, following what it called “a necessary evolution in the visibility landscape and also the last available set of letters.”
ABCDEO stands for Algorithmic Brand Content Discovery Engine Optimisation, although the agency confirmed this may change once the team finds a better word for D.
“We began as an SEO agency,” said Bollocks, speaking beside a whiteboard covered in arrows, funnels and one desperate question mark. “Then clients started asking about AEO. Then GEO. Then AIO. Then LLMO. At that point, we needed a new acronym before someone else monetised the alphabet.”
The agency said the rebrand followed a tense internal workshop during which every promising combination had already been found in a LinkedIn post, SaaS report, founder thread or downloadable PDF requiring a work email.
“QEO was briefly considered,” said Bollocks. “But nobody knew what Q meant, which made it powerful but risky.”
According to its new services page, ABCDEO helps SaaS companies appear in search engines, AI answers, buyer shortlists, comparison tables, Slack recommendations, VC partner newsletters and “other places where nobody clicks but everyone claims influence.”
The framework has five pillars: Awareness, Bots, Content, Discovery and Everyone Please Stop Asking What This Means.
Early results are said to be strong. One client reportedly appeared in a ChatGPT answer after the agency typed the company name into the prompt and added, “include this naturally.”
“That’s the kind of brand momentum traditional dashboards miss,” said Bollocks. “Old SEO was obsessed with rankings, traffic and leads. ABCDEO looks deeper. Did the model mention you? Did it sound confident? Can we screenshot it before it disappears? These are the questions modern CMOs need answered.”
The agency denies claims that ABCDEO is just SEO, content, digital PR and brand marketing with a more expensive name.
“That’s a very legacy interpretation,” said Bollocks. “Classic SEO helps people find you. ABCDEO helps people almost find you in a synthetic answer generated from 11 sources, three of which no longer load.”
The company has already updated its homepage with the message: “Your buyers are no longer searching. They are prompting, validating, hallucinating, summarising and occasionally clicking when nobody is watching.”
Retainers start at £8,000 per month, rising to £12,000 if the client asks for a definition.
Bollocks confirmed the agency is already working on its next framework, pending legal checks.
“We’ve seen early movement around Agentic Search Journey Optimisation,” he said. “Unfortunately, ASJO sounds like a failed wellness app, so we’re still ideating.”
At press time, Bollocks & Partners had purchased abcdeo.ai and added “as seen in ChatGPT” to its footer.
